Overview
Holley graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a BSC(Hons) Speech and Language Therapy in 2013. Prior to this, she completed a BSc(Hons) Psychology degree and worked with adults with Learning disabilities.
She has over ten years experience as a Speech and Language Therapist, working with children and young people aged 2 to 18 years in the NHS. This has included working in both mainstream and specialist education provisions, offering speech and language assessment and intervention, supporting families and offering training.
Holley has worked with Autistic children and young people throughout her career, and is passionate about the positives of neurodiversity and taking a person-centered approach. She specialises in Autism assessment, including ADOS-2.
Alongside her NHS work as a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist in the BNSSG Autism Hub, Holley is now working for BICP in an Autism assessment role.
