Yes, We have a limited number of parking spaces to the front of the house, available on a first come, first served basis. We also have a dedicated disabled bay. We request that the spaces are only occupied for the duration of your appointment out of consideration for other patients visiting us.

Patients arriving for day surgery should be dropped off and collected after their appointments.

Additional Pay and Display on street parking is available on the adjacent roads around the Litfield House Medical Centre. Camp Road, to the side of the centre, also has a disabled bay near the road junction.

We provide a bicycle rack within the front carpark but we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage whilst they are left unattended.

We request that just the patient attends, unless they require additional support, the patient is a minor or where absolutely necessary.

Animals are not permitted within the centre, with the exception of assistance animals which must be kept on a lead at all times.

Yes, within the waiting room we have a machine that serves a selection of fresh ground coffees and other hot beverages. We also have a selection of teas and milk substitutes, and a separate chilled water cooler.

Please contact the respective clinic directly, using your confirmation email (or contact details on the letter you received), to make any changes to your appointment.

You do not currently need to wear a mask. This is subject to change in accordance with our Covid policy.

Yes – we have a wheelchair for patient use, whilst in the building.

Yes, one of the toilets on the ground floor is wheelchair accessible and has a changing table and nappy bin.

Yes – you would need to contact the clinic which issued it.

No, it is not permitted. Please refrain from vaping/smoking anywhere on the premises, this also includes the carpark area.
